We offer a Free Local Delivery service within 10miles of Shifnal. As shown in the Map below. To see if you qualify for Free Local Delivery just enter your Postcode in the delivery section of the Checkout page. All orders outside this area will include a small delivery charge and will be delivered by courier. If you have any other questions regarding delivery please contact our customer service team. All Local Deliveries will be delivered within 3-5 working days of the order unless you would like to order for a future delivery date.

Once you have placed your order we will work hard to deliver to your property within 3-5 working days if your order is within our 10 mile delivery zone. If we anticipate any delay then one of our customer service team will call you to advise of a revised date. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and we will the give you a call to discuss the best available time to deliver your order.

Within 10 miles free delivery zone: All deliveries are free within 10 miles of Shifnal and we will delivery your logs in the requested location. You can also choose to add our stacking service to your order this can be done during the checkout process.

Outside 10 miles delivery zone: A pallet courier with a tail lift lorry will deliver your order so the pallets can be placed in the selected area. This is the same for both the seasoned bag orders and kiln dried pallet orders.
